Where Do We Ship To?
We currently only ship to the United States, and we will deliver your order to the specified regions in the estimated delivery timeline mentioned in the table below. Please check the list below.
Processing Time
Before leaving our warehouse, we need 1-3 business days to ensure your order is perfect.
Bulk Orders Shipping
For bulk orders, if postage is not automatically calculated, please email us at info@walvefa.com, and we will promptly provide a quote.
Tracking Your Orders
Once we have shipped your order, you will automatically receive an email notification that contains your tracking number. Please note that you should receive a confirmation email shortly after placing an order with us. If you do not receive one, kindly check your spam folder and mark our emails as "Not Spam" to ensure that you receive future emails from us. It is important to note that if you do not receive an order confirmation, you will also not receive your shipment notification and tracking information.

Shipping Information
We accept orders every day of the week! However, please note that our team only ships orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. As we are humans, please understand that we may need some time off, but we will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We kindly request that you plan ahead if you require your item by a specific date.
