Returns & Exchanges

Walvefa is committed to provide you with satisfied purchase experience and is offering free returns. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns for up to 30 days from purchase for a refund.


1.Returns:

To be eligible for a return

A.Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

B.Return Period Extension: Orders placed and paid between November 1, 2024, and December 15, 2024, are eligible for returns until January 15, 2025.

C.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any product returned that is used and/or not in original packaging will be rejected and not sent back.

D.Please select the option to return the item(s) by mail. Kindly provide us with the tracking number at info@walvefa.com once you have dispatched the package. Once we receive the return, we will assess and either accept or reject your return request. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any products lost during the return shipment.

E.If the product is defective or damaged when you receive it: We will check carefully before shipping and product will be well packed to avoid such problem. If it happens, please contact info@walvefa.com within 24 hours after you signed your order and provide us with pictures or other proofs to support your claim.If your request is confirmed and approved,You can choose return or replacement.After your return or replacement is finished, we will offer you a 5USD gift card as compensation.

2.Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return quest is approved and your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 natural days.


3.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4.Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept exchanges only if the product is defective or damaged.

We will check carefully before shipping and product will be well packed to avoid such problem. If it happens, please contact info@walvefa.com within 24 hours after you signed your order and provide us with pictures or other proofs to support your claim.


If your request is confirmed and approved:

We will send you a new one (same item) within 1-3 business days after approved your request and send you a 5USD gift card after the exchange is finished.

If you want to change to another different item in our website:

-For higher valuer products, you should pay for the price difference

-For lower value products, price difference will be refund to you in the form of gift card

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and tax (If needed) for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
